Ingredients
1 pound(s) Meatloaf Mix (equal parts ground chuck, ground pork & ground veal) |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
4 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped |
4 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped |
3 clove(s) garlic, chopped |
3-4 stale hamburger buns (if fresh, bake for 30 min at 250 degrees) |
3/4 cup(s) milk, warmed |
4 tablespoon(s) grated pecorino romano |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper |
Instructions
Crumble stale buns into bottom of large bowl, pour warmed milk over and let sit for a few minutes. Add the meat mixture, and remaining ingredients, mixing well but don't handle too much.
Can be baked in a loaf pan for lasagna recipe, or rolled into balls and fried in olive oil. |
