Ingredients
4 cup(s) Milk |
6 tablespoon(s) Rice |
1/2 cup(s) Sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla |
3 large Eggs |

Instructions
Slowly bring to a boil, 4 cups milk. Add 6 tablespoons of rice. Stir well and simmer at a low temperature until the rice is cooked(about 30 minutes) stirring occasionaly. Remove from stove and add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 3 eggs (which have been beaten well) and blend the whole mixture thoroughly. Cool. Mixture will thicken as it cools. Top with cinnamon (optional) and serve. |
