Ingredients
3 pound(s) Boneless Pork Loin |
3 Green Bell Peppers, chunked |
2 cup(s) Onions, rough chop |
1/2 cup(s) Brown Sugar |
1/4 cup(s) Apple Cider Vinegar |
6 ounce Can of Tomato Paste |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder |
1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard |
2 teaspoon(s) Worchestershire Sauce |
2 teaspoon(s) Salt |
Instructions
Place pork loin into crock pot. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, chili powder, dry mustard, worchestershire sauce and salt all together. Fold in the peppers & onions. Pour mixture over pork loin, it will be thick, DO NOT ADD WATER. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Shread pork with forks, serve on crusty rolls or soft buns. |
