Steak Bites with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

1 large Sirloin Steak
1 cup(s) Balsamic Glaze
2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
Parsley for garnish
Salt
Pepper

 Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper.  Let stand for 15 minutes.  Add olive oil to pan; when oil sizzles add steak 2-3 minutes per side.  Rest for 7 minutes; cut into cubes.  Heat glaze and pour over steak. Enjoy
