1 can(s) Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz) |
1 package(s) Cream Cheese Softened (8 oz.) |
1 package(s) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (5.1 oz - Large Box) |
2 cup(s) Milk |
1 teaspoon(s) Pure Vanilla Extract |
3 cup(s) Heavy Cream |
1/4 cup(s) Powdered Sugar |
1 box(s) Vanilla Wafers |
5-6 Bananas (to taste, sliced for base and additional for garnish) |
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the Sweetened Condensed Milk and softened cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy Add in pudding mix, milk, vanilla extract and continue beating until well-mixed In a separate bowl (chilled if possible), beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form Reserve 2 1/2 cups of whipped cream for topping, and fold remaining cream into pudding mix Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (or two 9 x 9 pans) with vanilla wafers and top with sliced bananas, both layers should be packed as closely together as desired Spread the pudding mixture over top of the banana layer, ensuring the banana layer is well covered Top the pudding layer with the reserved whipped cream Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight if possible Garnish with any remaining banana slices and crumbled vanilla wafers and serve |
