1 cup(s) herb-seasoned stuffing mix |
1/4 cup(s) chopped onions |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 large eggs, slightly beaten |
3/4 cup(s) milk |
2 tablespoon(s) barbeque sauce |
Vegetable cooking spray |
1/4 cup(s) ketchup |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
Instructions
Preheat 350: Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, onion, salt and pepper. Beat eggs, milk barbeque sauce; add to meat mixture. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loafpan srayed with cooking spray. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard; spread over meatloaf. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until thermometer in center registers 160. |
