Ingredients
1 small package of hot dried chile peppers. (1 oz.) |
1 can(s) 28 oz. whole tomatoes |
6 clove(s) garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) evoo |
Instructions
heat oil in pan and cook onion until it is almost burnt.
clean peppers of stems and seeds.
Add peppers to hot oil and onions, and cook until the peppers start to puff up.
As soon as peppers puff up remove from heat and put in blender with all other ingredients. Blend for approx 30 seconds or until you get smooth consistency.
Eat on crackers with slices of provolone cheese, or dip pretzels in the sauce for a snack.
Add more peppers in you want a spicier sauce. |
