2 cup(s) black beans, drained |
1/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice |
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil |
1-1/2 cup(s) cilantro |
2 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1 cup(s) onions |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Mix rice, beans and cilantro together.
whisk oil, lime juice, onion and garlic together.
Pour over rice mixture and mix well
Refrigerate a few hours or overnight |
