Ingredients
1 cup(s) diced unpeeled nectarine |
2 medium jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and minced |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoon(s) orange zest |
2 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger |
2 cup(s) seeded and diced watermelon |
1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro |
1/3 cup(s) diced red onion |
Instructions
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Add watermelon and next 2 ingredients, and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours. |
