Ingredients
1 12 oz. package of hot Italian sausage |
1 8 oz. package cream cheese w chives, softened |
1/2 cup(s) Romano cheese |
1/2 cup(s) Shredded parmesan cheese |
22 large Jalapeno pepppers, halved lengthwise and seeded |
4 clove(s) Garlic, minced |
Instructions
Remove skin from sausage. In a skillet, saute sausage crumbles over medium heat until cooked. In a small mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic and romano/parm cheeses. Fold in sausage crumbles. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spoon mixture into each jalapeno half. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, cheese side up. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until filling is lightly browned and bubbling. |
