1 cup(s) Chopped sweet onions |
3 clove(s) Garlic, Minced |
1 Celery Stalk, chopped |
1/4 cup(s) Chopped yellow or green bell pepper |
1 pound(s) Ground Turkey |
1 can(s) Diced tomatoes, undrained (28 oz.) |
1 can(s) Red kidney beans, drained (16 oz.) |
2 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder |
1 tablespoon(s) Sugar |
1 cup(s) Low sodium chicken stock |
1 cup(s) Beer |
1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic powder |
2 teaspoon(s) Hot sauce |
1.5 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt |
1 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Oregano |
1/4 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper |
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute onions, celery garlic and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an hour to an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.
