Ingredients
3 cup(s) cooked tri-color orzo |
1 pound(s) smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices |
1 medium bunch broccol, cut into florets |
1/2 cup(s) sliced red onion |
1 can(s) diced tomatoes,undrained |
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh basil |
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute the sausage, broccoli and onion for 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Add the tomatoes, basil, parsley and sugar. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add pasta and heat through. |
