Ingredients
1 package(s) (6 oz) long grain and wild rice mix |
2 cup(s) cubed cooked chicken |
1 cup(s) cubed fully cooked ham |
1 can(s) (10-3/4 oz)condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted |
1 can(s) evaporated milk |
1 cup(s) (4 oz) shredded Colby cheese |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook rice mix according to package directions. Transfer to a greased 2-QT baking dish. Top with chicken and ham.
In a bowl,combine the soup,milk,Colby cheese and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake,uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Yeild: 6 servings |
