Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower, broken into florets |
1 Head of Broccoli, broken into florets |
6-8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into pcs. |
1/2 cup(s) raisins |
1/4 cup(s) red onion, chopped fine |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/4p cup(s) sour cream |
1 clove(s) garlic, grated |
2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar |
2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
Instructions
Put florets in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt & pepper, toss. Add the bacon,onion & raisins.
In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, sour cream, garlic, vinegar & sugar til well blended. Add to the veggies, toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to marry, taste and adjust seasonings. Serve
Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. |
