Blueberry or Cherry Cream Cheese Tarts

|16 ounce Cream Cheese, softened|
|1 cup(s) sugar|
|1 teaspoon(s) vanilla|
|12 Vanilla Wafers|
|1 can(s) Blueberry or Cherry Pie filling (or whatever flavor you prefer)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a paper cupcake liner in each cup of a muffin pan. Beat cream cheese with a handheld electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in cupcake liner. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow tarts to cool completely. Serve with blueberry or cherry filling on top, or filling of your choice.
Notes:Double the recipe, serve 12 with blueberry & 12 with cherry for 4th of July, great presentation and delicious!
