Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 pound(s) ground beef
1 cup(s) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup(s) chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup(s) milk
2 tablespoon(s) barbeque sauce
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup(s) ketchup
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

Preheat 350:  Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, onion, salt and pepper.  Beat eggs, milk barbeque sauce; add to meat mixture.  Press into a 9x5x3 inch loafpan srayed with cooking spray. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard; spread over meatloaf.  Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until thermometer in center registers 160.
