Ingredients
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce |
1 bunch(s) Scallions |
5 tablespoon(s) Butter, melted |
2 package(s) Chicken Ramen noodles |
2 1/2 ounce Sliced Almonds |
2 teaspoon(s) Sesame Seeds |
DRESSING |
1/4 cup(s) White Wine Vinegar |
3/4 cup(s) Canola Oil (or Light Olive Oil) |
1/2 cup(s) Sugar |
2 package(s) Ramen seasoning |
Instructions
1. Wash lettuce, shred into ribbons. Chop scallions. 2. Melt butter, add broken noodles, sliced almonds & sesame seeds. Cook until golden and toasted. 3. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar & seasoning mix, bring to boil, stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool in refrigerator. 4. Toss lettuce, scallions & toasted mix. Serve with dressing on the side. |
