Italian poached eggs

|4 Large Eggs|
|6 Cloves of garlic|
|1 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning,|
|1/2 cup(s) Water|
|2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil|
In a medium frying pan, heat olive oil and add chopped or pressed garlic until it is lightly golden. Crack eggs in a bowl and carefully place them into the pan to start cooking. Season eggs with a little salt, pepper and italian seasonings, basil, oregano and a little rosemary. When the eggs start cooking through, add the water and let the eggs poach until the yolks look like they are done. Serve with italian toast and coffee.
