Angel Soup

6 clove(s) Garlic (Crushed or chopped)
2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 - 64 ounce Can of chicken broth
1/2 cup(s) Grated cheese
2 Eggs ( beaten)
1/3 box(s) Egg Pastina
In a large pan, sautee garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pastene and and keep on low boil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add grated cheese to beaten eggs. When broth has completed cooking add the egg/cheese mixture. Mix well and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Notes:We call this "Angel" soup because when you feel like you are geeting sick, it just makes you feel so much better!!!
