White Castle Copycat Sliders

Ingredients

1 package(s) 12 Slider Rolls
1 pound(s) Ground Chuck or Sirloin
2 cup(s) Beef Broth
1 1/2 ounce McCormicks Dried Minced Onions (1/2 bottle)
6 piece(s) Yellow American Cheese (halved to fit bun)
24 Pickle Chips (Dill or Bread & Butter - your preference)
1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper

1.  Line a 10 x 15 baking pan with parchment paper

2.  Combine ground chuck, 2/3 cup of beef broth, salt and pepper. until mix is easily spreadable

3.  Gently press and spread meat mixture in baking pan to form a thin, even layer

4.  Using a pizza cutter, score meat into 12 equal squares

5.  Using your finger, poke 4 holes in each square and place pan in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour

6.  Preheat oven to 450

7.  Remove the parchment paper and beef pattys from the baking pan and set aside

8.  Pour remaining beef broth (1 1/3 cup) into baking pan and spread dried onions evenly over the entire pan, allow to rest for 10 minutes

9.  Place frozen pattys on top of onion mixture and bake for 10-12 minutes, allowing burgers to steam cook

10. Top each patty with cheese (if desired), a bun top and return to oven for 3 minutes

11. Place 2 pickle chips and a daub of mustard on each bun bottom on a serving plate

12. Use a spatula to lift onions, patty and bun top to place on each prepared bun bottom
