Kathy White Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 pound(s) ground beef
1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
1/4 cup(s) green peppers (I use a whole green pepper)
1 clove(s) Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1/2 tablespoon(s) ground cumin
2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
16 ounce can refried beans
3 tablespoon(s) picante sauce
shredded cheese

Brown beef, onions, peppers and garlic.  Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.  Pour into a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese.  Bake until cheese is melted.  Enjoy!
