1 pound(s) ground beef (not chuck)
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
2 teaspoon(s) cumin
3 teaspoon(s) paprika
5 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
1 cup(s) tomato sauce
1 cup(s) water

 Brown beef and break into smaller pieces.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
