| 1-1/4 cup(s) sugar |
| 1 cup(s) buttermilk |
| 1/3 cup(s) butter, melted |
| 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
| 3 large eggs |
| 1/2 cup(s) baking mix, such as Bisquick® |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with hand mixer on low speed until smooth. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake in center of oven for 45-50 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. |
