For Fruit Salsa
2 cup(s) chopped pineapple
1 tablespoon(s) diced jalapeno
1/2 cup(s) diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup(s) diced red onion
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
cilantro to taste
For Bowl
6 ounce shushi-grade ahi tuna
1/4 cup(s) untoasted black and white sesame seeds
1 cup(s) cooked basmanti rice, blended with chopped cilantro
6 tablespoon(s) fruit salsa
1 avocado, quartered
crispy wontons
julienned carrots

1 - Make fruit salsa by tossing ingredients together in a bowl.

2 - Coat tuna in sesame seeds.  Lightly sear, slice and then assemble on a plate with rice, salsa, and avocado.  Garnish with cilantro, wontons and carrots.  Serve with soy our chili-garlic sauce.
