Succotash in Foil Packet

1 pound(s) Frozen, thawed lima beans
2 cup(s) Corn
1 Diced red pepper
2 sprig(s) Thyme
2 tablespoon(s) Butter
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup(s) Cream
Chopped parsley

How to make a foil packet: 
Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty foil or a double layer of regular foil on a flat surface.  Put the ingredients in the center of the foil. Bring the short ends of the foil together and fold twice to seal; fold in the sides to seal, leaving room for steam. Grill as directed. 


Toss lima beans, corn, diced red bell pepper, thyme, butter, salt and pepper on a sheet of foil. Form a packet. Grill over medium-high heat, 10 minutes. Open and stir in 1/4 cup cream. Reseal; grill 10 more minutes. Top with chopped parsley.
