Fettucini and Chicken Alfredo

1 pound(s) Fettucini Pasta
1 package(s) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 pint Heavy Cream
2 cup(s) Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
4 clove(s) Minced Garlic
8 tablespoon(s) Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Grill boneless skinless chicken breasts, set aside. Cook fettucini according to package directions. In a large saucepan saute minced garlic in just a touch of olive oil. Over medium heat, add heavy cream and let it heat up. Add butter and raise heat to medium-high. Stir to incorporate melting butter with heavy cream. As the sauce starts to simmer slowly add your cheese, whisking so that cheese melts and distributes evenly. Let sauce simmer and thicken after cheese is added. Add cooked pasta to sauce and stir so all pasta is covered. Plate pasta, place sliced chicken breasts on top and enjoy!
