Basic Pancakes

1.5 cup(s) Flour
3 tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 tablespoon(s) Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
1-1/4 cup(s) Milk
1/2 Stick melted butter
2 Eggs

 Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Whisk milk, butter, eggs and vanilla, then whisk into flour mixture until just combined.  Ladle 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot buttered skillet and cook until bubbly.  Flip and cook until golden on the bottom.

Notes:For chocolate chip or blueberry pancakes, sprinkle in just before flipping!
