Dirty Rice

1 pound(s) hot italian sausage
1/3 cup(s) butter
1 bunch(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) celery, chopped
1 cup(s) onions, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme, whole
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
3 cup(s) cooked long grain rice
10 ounce beef broth
Saute sausage in skillet until brown. Remove from skillet, drain and set aside. Saute garlic, green onions, celery, parsley and onions in butter until tender. Add the sausage and remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
